Cut up some empty, and washed, plastic milk bottles to make some Christmas tree trims.
Some were needed to add to a book of instructions … I wrote the instructions for the four to ten year old great nieces for Christmas, and printed an extra copy, laminated the pages, stitched them together in a novelty book, but didn’t have any empty milk bottles to make samples to decorate the book at the time.
(And when I did empty one I washed and squashed it to go in the recycle bin.)
The story of the creation of the designs and the first edition of the book can be read by clicking this.
In the process I made a few scraps, which I cut into icicles to go with the stars, candles and snowmen already included in the book.
